30% Federal Tax Credit
Owners of new residential solar can earn a credit of 30% of the cost of the system for their tax bill up to the year of 2032. Commercial solar systems will also be eligible for 30 percent until 2025, at which point the U.S. Department of Treasury will determine if the ITC will continue for commercial systems.
Warranty
In addition to the component manufacturer’s warranty, a 5-year workmanship warranty is offered to protect against labor-related defects caused by the installation of equipment under Scope of Work. A 2-year
material warranty will cover any malfunctioning material unrelated to Contractor workmanship. Covered under these warranties are Balance of Systems (BOS) components (conduit, wires, breakers, electrical panel, mounting hardware, etc.) and general integrity of workmanship as well as roof leaks.
